I placed an order as a thank you gift for an organization. First the manager (not sure wasn't in uniform) started pouring products into a bin without gloves. When she noticed I was watching she put gloves on. The cookies were received with gooey smudged fingerprints all over each box. I had to wipe each box off before leaving the store. When looking at presentation they had closed the box flaps into the icing of the cookies and they stacked a few of the cookies which had icing on them so they were stuck together. I hope they taste better then their presentation of the cookies!! Very disappointing as I ordered 4 dozen cookies and every box was put together in a sloppy manner. Im kind of embarrassed to give them as a gift. I went with Crumbl because of their positive reputation but I won't use them for gifts again! I will take my large orders somewhere else.

The cookies are tasty and like the size of dinner plates which is cool. Its a bit crowded when everyone and their mom comes to get a cookie. One time a customer hissed at me when I was standing in her way. That has nothing to do with the service or store so does not effect my rating.

This location is fairly new and trying but they usually lack a recipe every week leaving them sold out. Never look quite like the pictures but they usually taste pretty good. I recommend going early in the week to get the freshest cookies.

I usually love Crumbl and order different menu items every day, which makes this experience even more DISAPPOINTING!!! Plus, if this was for us, I will hold back but this was a gift for our friends! So it was EMBARRASSING that I gave a gift that was this TERRIBLE! Recently, the quality of service at this location has been declining and this has happened repeatedly. Every time I visit, the packaging gets worseโ€”cookie creams are often smashed, and the employees close the box carelessly, causing the cookies to break (see attached photos). In the photo, it appears there are only three cookies, but there are actually four! If you look closely on the left side, you'll see that two cookies are merged together, making it seem like just oneโ€ฆ Additionally, they pack the cookies with the same gloves they use to handle the dough, making the box greasy and dirty. The staff needs better training on handling food and packaging. I've never experienced this at the Crumbl location in Chicago. Please address this issue. Thank you.
